Psychic Vision Terms & Conditions – Version 2.0 

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Psychic Vision website, official social media pages, ticket purchases, bookings for events and 1-2-1 readings, and purchases of products. By making a booking or using our services you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Definitions

'Psychic Vision' means Psychic Vision / Elite Events Management and associated companies where applicable.
'Website' includes the official website and official social media pages.
'Customer' means any person purchasing or attending an event.
'Services' include psychic demonstrations, ghost hunts, 1-2-1 readings, products and related services.

2. Payments

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Customers confirm they are authorised to use the payment method provided.

3. Tickets and Bookings

Tickets are generally non-refundable unless Psychic Vision cancels the event or these Terms expressly provide otherwise. 1-2-1 readings are non-refundable once completed.

4. Products

Products are subject to availability. Unopened products may be returned in accordance with our returns policy. Delivery estimates are provided during checkout.

5. Entertainment

All demonstrations and readings are provided for entertainment purposes only. No information provided should be regarded as legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. Psychic Vision cannot guarantee every attendee will receive a message or that communication will be received from any specific loved one.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring they can attend and for making their own travel arrangements. Customers should retain their booking confirmation email and/or ticket until the event has concluded, as it may be required to verify attendance, booking details or assist with any subsequent customer enquiry. Customers should ensure their email remains accessible and are encouraged to check their inbox, junk folder and Psychic Vision's official social media pages before attending, as exceptional circumstances may require changes to the date, venue, presenter or advertised psychic medium.

7. Behaviour

Guests must behave respectfully. Disruptive, abusive, threatening, discriminatory or intoxicated behaviour may result in refusal of admission or removal from the venue without refund.

8. Accessibility

Customers requiring reasonable adjustments are encouraged to contact Psychic Vision before the event so appropriate arrangements can be considered.

9. Photography and Video

Photography and video may be taken for promotional, marketing and training purposes. Customers who do not wish to appear should notify a member of the team before the event.

10. Age Requirement

Customers must be at least 17 years old to make payments or purchases.

11. Changes to Events

Psychic Vision may substitute a presenter or psychic medium where necessary. Events may be moved to an alternative venue within 7 miles of the original venue. Where reasonably possible customers will be notified in advance.

12. Event Cancellation

If Psychic Vision cancels an event, customers will receive a refund within 28 days unless an alternative is accepted.

13. Refunds

Customer cancellations are non-refundable. If an event cannot proceed because of force majeure, Psychic Vision may offer a transfer, credit or goodwill refund at its discretion.

14. Venues

Venues cancelling without the agreed notice period may be liable for cancellation charges and costs as set out in venue agreements.

15. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control.

16. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and the Privacy Policy.

17. Changes to these Terms

Psychic Vision may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in legislation, business operations or services. The latest version will be published on the website and will apply to bookings made after the effective date. Material changes affecting existing bookings will be communicated where appropriate or otherwise managed in accordance with applicable law.

18. Lost Property

Psychic Vision accepts no responsibility for personal belongings that are lost, stolen or damaged during an event.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
