Shipping Locations
We currently ship orders within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During peak periods (e.g. holidays, promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following delivery options:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (where available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and destination.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method.
We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).
Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control. However, we will do our best to assist you if any issues arise.

Incorrect Addresses
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is accurate at checkout.
We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional charges may apply for redelivery.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) with your order number and supporting evidence (e.g. photos of damage).
We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Failed Deliveries & Returns to Sender
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
