1. Introduction
   These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Psychic Vision website, including but not limited to booking tickets for psychic shows, 1-2-1 readings, and the purchase of products from our website. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

2. Definitions

   • "Psychic Vision" refers to the company hosting psychic shows and operating this website.

   • "Website" refers to the Psychic Vision website and all Psychic Vision Social Media Pages.

   • "User" refers to anyone using or accessing our website.

   • "Services" encompass ticket bookings, product purchases, and 1-2-1 readings provided by Psychic Vision.

3. Payment
   Payment is required for booking tickets for psychic shows, 1-2-1 readings, and purchasing products from our website. Users must provide accurate payment information and ensure that it remains current. Psychic Vision accepts various forms of payment as specified on our website. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the provided information is accurate and complete.

4. Tickets and Bookings
   a. Tickets for Psychic Shows: Tickets for any of our shows can be booked through our website. Refunds and exchanges may be subject to specific terms for each event. Unless stated otherwise, our events are non-refundable.
   b. 1-2-1 Readings: Bookings for 1-2-1 readings are available through our website. Users are required to select a time slot and make a payment for the reading. Refunds after the reading are not allowed.

5. Products
   a. Product Purchases: Our website offers a range of products for sale, subject to availability. Prices and descriptions of products are listed on the website, and orders are subject to confirmation by Psychic Vision.
   b. Delivery: Product delivery details, including but not limited to estimated shipping times and costs, are outlined during the checkout process. Psychic Vision is not responsible for any issues arising from delivery or the use of products once received.

8. Customer Responsibilities

7.1 Customers are responsible for ensuring they can attend the event and making necessary travel arrangements.

7.2 Psychic Vision is not responsible for non-attendance due to personal circumstances, illness, transport delays, or other external factors.

 

1. Age Requirement
   Users must be at least 17 years of age to make payments, book tickets, or purchase products from our website. By using our services, you confirm that you are of legal age.

2. User Conduct
   Users must abide by all applicable laws and regulations when using our website. Any misuse, unauthorized access, or attempts to breach our security measures are strictly prohibited.

3. Termination & Amendments
   Psychic Vision reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our website, services, or any related accounts, with or without prior notice, for violation of these terms and conditions.
   10.1 Change of Acts: Psychic Vision reserves the right to change the psychic, medium, act, or presenter on the day of the show without prior notice to cover sickness, illness, or other absences.
   10.2 Venue Changes: Psychic Vision reserves the right to move an event to another venue within 5 miles of the original venue.
   10.3 Event Cancellations: Psychic Vision reserves the right to cancel an event, with a refund issued to customers within 28 days.

4. Privacy
   Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with the Data Protection Act (DPA) 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the UK. By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Changes to Terms and Conditions
   Psychic Vision reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable UK statutes. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically for updates.

6. Refunds

   • Customer Cancellations: No refund will be issued if a customer cancels or cannot attend after purchasing.

   • Psychic Vision Cancellations: In the event Psychic Vision cancels, a refund will be issued to the customer within a period of 28 days.

   • Credit Card Cancellations: If a customer cancels through their credit card provider without at least 7 days’ prior notice, the customer will be liable for paying the merchant's fee.

   • Psychic Vision is not liable for any failure to issue refunds, with all refunds or costs issued within a period of 28 days, regardless of the payment method used.

   • If an event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, venue internal issues or venue closures, Psychic Vision will not be liable for refunds but may offer one of the following at our discretion:

1. Transfer of tickets to a rescheduled date.

2. Credit towards a future event.

3. A goodwill refund, where reasonable and feasible.

1. Venues
   Venues are considered a party subject to these terms and conditions.

   • Venues must provide at least two weeks’ written notice prior to the advertised event for cancellations, which are not effective until acknowledged by both parties.

   • A minimum cancellation fee of £100 will be charged to the venue for failing to provide timely notice.

   • Venues will also be liable for all other costs incurred due to the cancellation without the required notice.

   • All money collected on behalf of Psychic Vision must be paid no later than the commencement of the show. Any failure to comply may result in additional charges.

2. Force Majeure
   Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations under these terms due to events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, or health emergencies ("Force Majeure"). The affected party must promptly notify the other in writing. If the event continues for more than 30 days, either party may terminate the agreement without penalty, and no party shall be liable for any damages or costs resulting from such termination.

3. Disclaimer
   By using our services and accessing our website, you accept these terms and conditions, which apply to Psychic Vision / Elite Events Management and any other associated companies. The terms and conditions apply to all parties, including venues, performers, and customers, upon reading and use of the services offered by Psychic Vision.

4. Governing Law
   These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.
